Canaan in Flores, Wednesday 21 February - Thursday 22 February 2018
Canaan in Flores is a collaborative event with Kaum Jakarta, Potato Head Family’s Indonesian dining concept. The event exhibited a series of photos by Indonesian Photographer Chris Bunjamin taken when Canaan traveled to Flores the previous year. The collaborative event also showcased indigo baskets made by Canaan and Du’Anyam, a social enterprise focused on weaving by women of Flores. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of the photographs and merchandise are donated for children in need of education through Hoshizora Foundation. Canaan in Flores merchandise and artworks
Canaan together with Chris Bunjamin has collaborated on a series of artworks and merchandise from photo frames to printed t-shirt and tote bags. The artworks also included a limited edition fine art repro prints printed on Hahnemuhle paper in a set of 10 packaged in a hard cover box.
