Rou Coffee is a Tokyo-inspired coffee shop located in Umalas, Bali. Partnering with us in our new boutique/coffee shop, we look into the founder of this specialty pour-over coffee and matcha bar. Founded by Yoshimi Miyashita, Rou was opened a few years ago catering to the residents of Umalas, a tranquil residential suburb only a short drive from Seminyak.
Yoshimi’s passion as a coffee entrepreneur and her dedication to her staff and space are some of the values we shared as business owners. Her concept of beans-to-cup ensures that each coffee you sip is of the highest quality. Rou’s Matcha powder is sourced directly from Kyoto, one of the places that produce top grade Matcha.
As a mother and businesswoman Yoshimi has proven that modern day Kartinis do exist. All is evident in Rou’s honest and personal service to their clienteles and serving only the most premium quality coffee beans.
